Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, or PO processing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers for shipment expediting and provide customers with updates on open order shipping schedules.
• Conduct International Trade Compliance screening prior to shipment and prepare shipping invoices.
• Prepare proforma invoice for advance payments and coordinate with finance for credit holds.
• Work with Document Control to ensure documents are submitted per contract requirements and coordinate with customers and factories for inspections.
• Review order entry data for accuracy before billing and process billing per contracts/POs.
