Job summary

Solenis LLC in the Philippines seeks a customer service professional to support order processing, complaints resolution, and daily customer interactions. You will act as a point of contact for sales teams and customers, ensuring timely and accurate information across orders and inquiries.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Word/Excel; SAP knowledge preferred).

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service experience or a university degree.
Strong written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.
Experience in order and complaint management.
Able to work in a dynamic team under established procedures.
Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Word/Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Order Management: process orders accurately and follow up on reports.
Complaint Management: resolve customer complaints on time with cross‑functional collaboration.
Customer Management: handle calls and emails, build relationships with key customers.
Sales Support: liaise with Sales teams and account managers to provide visibility of key issues.
Attend training and support other areas as needed.
