Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to manage daily order processing and coordinate deliveries with third-party warehouses and logistics partners. You will communicate with customers by email and phone and support the national sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage daily order processing and coordinate deliveries with third-party warehouses and logistics partners.

This position requires strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills. You'll work closely with customers via email and phone, as well as collaborate with our national sales team.

A high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. An interest in the coffee industry is a plus, but not required.
