Job summary
Arbeit Group is seeking a CASA/Common Services SME with strong Oracle FLEXCUBE experience to support a major Core Banking Transformation Program in the Philippines.
The role focuses on requirement analysis, To-Be design for CASA and Common Services modules, and ensuring seamless integration with Payments, GL, and reporting systems. You will prepare ISDs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a robust solution.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation experience covering CASA and Common Services modules.
- Strong understanding of CASA account lifecycle and Common Services configuration.
- Experience with data mapping, interface design, and integration projects.
- 10+ years of IT experience with Core Banking Transformation programs.
- Experience preparing and obtaining sign-off for ISDs and integration artifacts.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau or Business Objects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirement analysis and To-Be solution design for CASA and Common Services modules
- Support account opening, maintenance, transaction processing, and related workflows
- Design integrations with Payments, GL, Reporting, and surrounding banking systems
- Prepare Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and functional design documents
- Support SIT, UAT, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product vendors
