Job summary

Hand Global Solutions Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials support consultant for a long-term managed services engagement in the Philippines. The role is onsite and covers incident resolution and change management across Fusion FIN and Procurement modules.

You will collaborate with client business teams and cross-regional support groups to keep a global, multi-entity system running smoothly and to apply AI tools to deliver smarter, more proactive support for a global client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion implementation and/or support
• 3+ years hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Fusion implementation and/or support
• Strong incident triage skills - able to quickly assess severity and business impact
• Experience in SLA-driven, ITIL-style support environments
• Solid understanding of cross-module and cross-regional data flows in a multi-entity/global system landscape
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-regional discussions on configuration impact
• Fluent English - this is an English-speaking work environment
• Global retail client experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn and apply the company's AI product tools to deliver more efficient and innovative support services to clients

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials (FIN) and Procurement
• Assess and classify incidents by severity in line with the client's workflow, and route them appropriately
• Lead incidents through to closure, drawing on deep knowledge of the client's system design and cross-region/cross-module data flows
• Respond to and update incident status per SLA response and resolution requirements
• Analyze Change Requests and determine the required system Configuration Changes, identify Configuration Changes with cross-regional impact, and lead coordination with relevant stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes
