Job summary

CARE Philippines is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance L2 Application Support Analyst to own and optimize our Oracle Fusion ecosystem, including creating custom BI reports and partnering with international stakeholders to improve financial operations.

With 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance and strong OTBI/BI Publisher reporting skills, you will translate technical ERP concepts for business users and drive enhancements alongside ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, AP, Cash Management).
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot OTBI and BI Publisher reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the L2 expert for Oracle Fusion GL, AP, and Cash Management incidents.
• Design and refine OTBI and BI Publisher reports for leadership insights.
• Perform root-cause analysis, configure system settings, and lead UAT/integration testing.
• Translate ERP concepts to business users and collaborate with external partners.

We are seeking a talented L2 Application Support Analyst to serve as the backbone of our financial systems. You will step beyond basic helpdesk tasks to take true ownership of our Oracle Fusion ecosystem—solving complex system challenges, building custom BI reports, and partnering with international stakeholders to optimize how our organization runs.

What You'll Do

• Act as the direct expert for advanced (L2) incidents across Oracle Fusion GL, AP, and Cash Management, ensuring seamless financial operations.
• Design and refine custom financial reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to deliver critical, data-driven insights to leadership.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues, configure system settings for evolving operational needs, and lead UAT/integration testing for new features and patches.
• Translate technical ERP concepts into actionable guidance for business users and collaborate closely with external technical partners.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Finance (specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management).
• Proven track record building and troubleshooting reports in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing workflows.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English communication skills with a user-first mindset.
