Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking a CASA/Common Services SME with strong Oracle FLEXCUBE experience to support a major Core Banking Transformation Program in the Philippines.

The role focuses on requirement analysis, To-Be design for CASA and Common Services modules, and ensuring seamless integration with Payments, GL, and reporting systems. You will prepare ISDs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a robust solution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation experience covering CASA and Common Services modules.
• Strong understanding of CASA account lifecycle and Common Services configuration.
• Experience with data mapping, interface design, and integration projects.
• 10+ years of IT experience with Core Banking Transformation programs.
• Experience preparing and obtaining sign-off for ISDs and integration artifacts.
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau or Business Objects is a plus.
