Job summary
H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for Oracle/ERP applications. You will triage incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across systems.
The role emphasizes ITSM ticket handling, SLA adherence, and collaboration with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting financial application systems, preferably Oracle/ERP.
- Experience handling operational tickets and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Service Desk Plus, or Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills; basic SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Oracle/ERP application issues and user concerns.
- Triage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM tools.
- Investigate system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues; elevate complex concerns as needed.
- Support month-end operations, system availability, and data integrity.
- Monitor SLAs, manage client expectations, and identify service improvement opportunities.
