Qualifications

• Collaborates effectively and accountably with stakeholders when making exceptions, including Compliance and other departments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily team operations, address issues affecting service levels, and create action plans to mitigate risks.
• Assist in coordinating team resources, monitor activities, and handle workforce tasks, including scheduling and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, address employee issues, and identify training needs for development.
• Share information to improve standards and procedures and handle escalated issues within the team.
• Regularly discuss feedback and updates with the team, and conduct meetings to discuss policies and processes.
• Lead team projects to meet objectives and assume accountability for critical issues.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to build a high-performing team aligned with business strategies.
