You will develop strategic plans, oversee day-to-day operations across onsite and offshore teams, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment. Strong stakeholder management and learning agility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to engage across levels.
• Proven capacity management, risk identification and continuous improvement.
• Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly; Azure knowledge is a plus.
• Hybrid work setup with onsite presence 3 days per week; flexible to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to meet service levels.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery across onsite and offshore teams.
