Job summary

Future First Talents is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and fulfillment activities for a growing e-commerce business. You will oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, staff supervision, and process improvements to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective product delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
At least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution, or fulfillment operations is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency with WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
Lead inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Procurement and Merchandising to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Develop workforce schedules and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff.
Drive SOPs, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
