Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Philippine operations, including teams responsible for Bill Pay & Disbursement Support, bank reconciliations, and month-end processes.

You will lead supervisors and team leaders, drive KPIs for productivity, quality and timeliness, enforce controls, and work with Plumb's U.S. accounting leadership to improve workflows with automation and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting, financial operations, shared-services, BPO, or related experience.
• 5+ years managing teams, including supervisors or team leaders.
• Working knowledge of reconciliations, month-end accounting, and financial statements.
• Demonstrated experience managing KPIs, productivity, quality, and employee performance.
• Strong judgment, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable with technology, automation, and changing workflows.
• Experience with U.S.-based accounting or financial-services organizations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Philippine supervisors and team leaders.
• Oversee daily workload, staffing, capacity, and service levels.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, timeliness, quality, errors, rework, and aged work.
• Ensure reconciliations, accounting work, financial statements, and bill-pay support meet established standards.
• Enforce SOPs, controls, approval procedures, and escalation requirements.
• Identify operational problems early and drive them through resolution.
• Improve processes, handoffs, training, and accountability across teams.
• Address employee performance issues and develop high performers.
• Coordinate closely with Plumb's U.S. operations and accounting leadership.
• Lead adoption of Plumb technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide concise operational reporting, risks, and recommendations to U.S. leadership.
