Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking an Operations Enablement Senior Analyst to drive knowledge management and content delivery for operational teams in Quezon City. You will create and refine knowledge articles, support enterprise operations initiatives, and collaborate with business support teams to deliver value while working effectively in a remote-friendly environment.

Improve existing knowledge articles and content delivery workflows.

Determine best approach for knowledge creation and sharing.
Create and maintain knowledge articles for customers, providers, and staff.
