Our client is a global leader in optical and medical technology and is seeking a commercially driven professional to support business growth, customer engagement, and clinical application excellence within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in medical devices.
• Exposure to ophthalmology/optometry or healthcare is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop plans, proposals, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development within the assigned Visayas territory.
• Provide pre- and post-sales clinical application support to customers.
• Identify opportunities to convert competitor users and close sales.
• Mentor clinicians and engage with KOLs to support product adoption.
• Plan and coordinate education programmes, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and ZEISS events as required.
