Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a dependable Hospitality Reservations & Operations Assistant to support daily operations of a growing accommodation group. You'll manage reservations and channel inventory across multiple booking platforms, keep rates and availability accurate, and prepare operational reports.

The right candidate has hands-on experience with property management and channel management systems, strong attention to detail, and the discretion to handle guest information with care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing reservations and channel inventory across OTA platforms and a PMS or channel manager.
• Solid knowledge of OTA channel management.

• Experience preparing operational or performance reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and inventory across a PMS/channel manager and OTA platforms.
• Keep rates and availability aligned across channels to prevent double bookings.
• Enter bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across booking platforms.
• Handle guest personal and payment information securely, following confidentiality practices.
• Prepare and maintain reports on occupancy, revenue, and channel performance.
• Check in daily with the operations manager and complete reporting requests from other departments.
• Support general operations administration to keep properties running smoothly.

We're aiming to bring on a dependable and detail-focused Hospitality Reservations & Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing accommodation group. In this role, you'll manage reservations and channel inventory across multiple booking platforms, keep rates and availability accurate, and put together operational reports for our operations, accounts, and business development teams. The right candidate has hands-on experience with property management and channel management systems, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the discretion to treat sensitive guest information with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and inventory across a property management/channel manager system and OTA platforms such as booking.com and Expedia


• Keep rates and availability aligned across all booking channels to prevent double-bookings and overbookings


• Enter new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the system


• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and messages across booking platforms


• Handle guest personal and payment information securely, following strict confidentiality and data-protection practices


• Prepare and maintain operational reports on occupancy, revenue, and channel performance


• Check in daily with the operations manager and complete reporting requests from other departments


• Support general operations administration to keep properties running smoothly

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing reservations and channel inventory across OTA platforms and a PMS or channel manager


• Solid working knowledge of online travel agency (OTA) channel management


• Sharp attention to detail with bookings, rates, and availability


• Able to handle sensitive guest and payment data with strict confidentiality and discretion


• Experience preparing operational or performance reports


• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently


• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the hospitality or accommodation industry (hotels, motels, serviced apartments, BnBs)


• Familiarity with RMS as a property management/channel manager system


• Experience with HR or staff-rostering platforms such as Employment Hero


• Experience supporting multi-property or multi-location operations


• Comfortable working with finance and business development teams on reporting


• Able to keep several tasks and priorities moving at once
