VA Masters is seeking a reliable Hospitality Reservations & Operations Assistant to manage reservations and channel inventory across multiple platforms, keep rates accurate, and prepare operational reports for the operations, accounts, and business development teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with property management and channel management systems, a sharp eye for accuracy, and discretion in handling guest information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing reservations and channel inventory across OTA platforms and a PMS or channel manager.
• Solid working knowledge of OTA channel management.
• High attention to detail with bookings, rates, and availability.
• Ability to handle sensitive guest and payment data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience preparing operational or performance reports.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and inventory across PMS/channel manager and OTA platforms.
• Keep rates and availability synchronized across all channels.
• Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the system.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across booking platforms.
• Handle guest personal and payment information securely, following confidentiality practices.
• Prepare and maintain occupancy, revenue, and channel performance reports.
• Coordinate daily with the operations manager and fulfill reporting requests.
• Support general operations administration to keep properties running smoothly.
