Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks an Operations Trainer to ignite learning and transfer knowledge to new hires. You will design materials for face-to-face or online delivery and act as a subject matter expert across multiple lines of business.

You’ll facilitate sessions, monitor trainee performance, mentor operators, and produce training reports to track progress. Join a diverse team committed to growth, with opportunities to work in international offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to create training materials via PowerPoint and other tools.
• Understanding different learner types and needs.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis.
• Knowledge of Evaluation levels of Training.
• Experience with Articulate or other e-learning software.

The Operations Trainer ignites the passion for continuous learning. We are experts in the processes, and we want to ensure that we transfer this knowledge to our new hires. We seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the daily operations by conducting training needs analysis, as we believe that learning never stops. We are good in facilitating learning sessions and have fun as our middle name. We also create training materials that fit all learner types, appropriate for either face to face or online learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple lines of business
• Facilitates required classroom and online training sessions for the department
• Monitors trainee performance to identify training gaps
• Mentors and coaches operators as needed
• Creates and maintains training reports for easy monitoring
