Point's Operations Associate Program is an eight-week structured pathway for high-potential early-career professionals to build a career in fintech operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Math/Statistics, or a similarly rigorous field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or BPO/operations experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it.
• Demonstrated adaptability and initiative — able to learn quickly, take direction, and operate independently.
• Commitment to working U.S. Pacific Time hours, including on-site training for the full program duration.

Responsibilities

• Learn through an eight-week training program covering five production functions.
• Practice via simulated files and live observations to gain hands-on skills.
• Collaborate with peers starting the program to learn from each other.
• Transition into a full-time production role based on performance and team needs.
• Deliver by showing up professionally; training is in-office; after program, hybrid schedule with production team.
