• Supporter Relationship Management: guide hosts in logging and fulfilling supporter perks.

• Daily Reporting: track hourly revenue, attendance, and stream metrics; brief senior management after each shift.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Operations Team Leader to lead day-to-day group livestreaming productions at our Pasay studio. In this role, you will take full operational ownership of broadcast shifts, direct hosts, OBS operators, and talents, and drive stream traffic, viewer engagement, and diamond revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Shift Direction & Floor Management: Supervise daily scheduled live broadcasts; ensure strict rundown execution, punctual call times, seamless talent rotations, and zero dead air during streams.
• Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach, and supervise on-duty hosts, OBS technical operators, and performance talents; maintain high team morale, high-energy screen presence, and broadcast discipline.
• Content & Interactive Strategy: Drive live interactive segments (battle PKs, sticker dance routines, VIP supporter callouts, and MVP milestones) to optimize viewer retention and revenue output.
• Supporter Relationship Management: Guide hosts and account managers in logging and fulfilling supporter fan-service perks (custom digital rewards, shoutouts, VIP deliverables) to foster long-term gifter retention.
• Policy Compliance & Quality Control: Enforce studio rules, platform safety guidelines, and company SOPs; swiftly resolve real-time technical bottlenecks or on-camera compliance infractions.
• Daily Reporting: Track hourly revenue progress, attendance logs, and stream performance metrics; deliver operational debriefs to senior management after each shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Livestreaming Experience: Proven track record and background in livestreaming operations, agency/MCN floor supervision, group live talent management, or live broadcast direction (TikTok Live, Bigo Live, or similar platforms).
• Leadership Capability: Strong leadership presence, decisive conflict-resolution skills, and hands-on floor-command experience in high-stress, fast-paced production environments.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
• Availability & Shift Flexibility: Willing and able to work on-site at our Pasay studio on rotational, night, or weekend shifts aligned with peak live streaming traffic windows.
• Communication Skills: Professional command of English and Tagalog to liaise effectively between management, technical crew, and creative talents.
