Qualifications

• Livestreaming experience in operations, agency/MCN floor supervision, or live broadcast direction.
• Strong leadership presence with conflict-resolution skills in fast-paced environments.
• Availability for rotational, night, or weekend shifts at Pasay studio.
• Professional command of English and Tagalog for liaison with management and crew.
• On-site work at Pasay studio is required.

Responsibilities

• Live Shift Direction & Floor Management: supervise daily broadcasts, ensure rundown fidelity, punctual calls, and smooth talent rotations.
• Team Leadership & Motivation: coach on-duty hosts, OBS operators, and talents; maintain high morale and broadcast discipline.
• Content & Interactive Strategy: drive interactive segments to optimize viewer retention and revenue.
• Supporter Relationship Management: guide hosts in logging and fulfilling supporter perks.
• Policy Compliance & Quality Control: enforce rules and resolve technical bottlenecks in real time.
• Daily Reporting: track hourly revenue, attendance, and stream metrics; brief senior management after each shift.
