Responsibilities

1. Supervise the overall operations of TikTok live streamers providing guidance to help optimize their content, grow their audience and increase their earnings.
2. Identify and recruit promising live streamers to join through various channels.
3. Maintain the relationship between live streamers and their followers.
4. Review and analyze the live data, and optimize live content and make improvements according to the data
5. Recruit, Train, Motivate and Monitor Live Streamers
6. Handling day-to-day schedules and attendance of Streamers
7. Plans and executes live stream campaign concepts and strategies
8. Manage content creation(shoot and edit Tiktoks & reels)
9. Handle equipment and set up needs(camera and lights etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in entertainment live streaming operations and streamer management.
• Deep understanding of the live streaming industry and platforms like Tiktok.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a result driven approach to managing teams and streamers in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience in a live streaming management, or more than two years experience as top streamers will be given priority
• Professional with leadership skills, can manage people well.
• Willing to relocate in Pulilan Bulacan
• Willing to extend working hours during campaign days.
