1. Responsible for the overall operation and strategy formulation of live streaming business, including anchor scheduling, content planning, and execution management.
2. Independently complete live streaming script design and process construction (opening rhythm, interaction points, conversion guidance, etc.).
3. Monitor live streaming performance in real time (online viewers, dwell time, interaction rate, conversion rate, etc.), and conduct post-mortem analysis and optimization based on data.
4. Identify key issues in the live streaming process (content rhythm, script, conversion breakpoints, etc.), and quickly adjust and optimize strategies.
5. Responsible for the management and training of the anchor team, improving anchor performance, content output ability, and conversion ability.
6. Collaborate with the advertising and content teams to streamline the "traffic-content-conversion" link and improve overall ROI.

Qualifications

1. Filipino or Filipino-Chinese, familiar with local culture, user habits, and content trends.
2. Possess relevant live streaming work experience (anchor/director/live streaming operation, etc.), with practical operational experience.
3. Familiar with the live streaming mechanisms and recommendation logic of mainstream Philippine platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
4. Possess mature live streaming script planning capabilities and be able to independently complete the design of a complete live streaming plan.
5. Possesses experience in managing live streamers, capable of leading and optimizing the performance of a live streamer team.
6. Possesses data analysis skills, capable of identifying problems and continuously optimizing based on live stream data.
7. Proficient in using Taglish for content planning and communication, with localized expression skills.
