Job summary

Brightwave Trading OPC in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an on-site Livestream Operations Specialist to support and manage livestream hosts, ensuring smooth daily campaigns and strong sales performance.

You will monitor host schedules, coach performance, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Management to drive growth. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in live ops are preferred; flexibility with schedules is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Live Operations, Livestream Management, E-Commerce Operations, Talent Management, Customer Service, or related role.
• Experience handling livestream hosts, content creators, influencers, KOLs, or online sellers is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, LazLive, Facebook Live, or other livestreaming platforms.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WPS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges effectively.

Job Summary

The E-commerce Livestream Operation is responsible for managing and supporting the company's livestream hosts to ensure smooth daily livestream operations, maximize engagement, and achieve sales targets. This role oversees host performance, scheduling, compliance with company policies, and operational support while coordinating with different departments to drive successful livestream campaigns and business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Livestream Host Management

• Monitor and support livestream hosts during their livestream sessions.
• Coordinate and manage the livestream schedules of hosts.
• Ensure hosts comply with company policies, platform guidelines, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance discussions with hosts.
• Address host concerns and provide guidance to improve performance and productivity.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Track and monitor host performance, including livestream hours, attendance, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and sales results.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Evaluate host performance and recommend improvement plans when necessary.
• Ensure hosts meet required KPIs, productivity targets, and working hours.

Livestream Operations Support

• Provide operational support before, during, and after livestream sessions.
• Assist hosts with technical issues, platform concerns, and livestream-related challenges.
• Monitor livestream quality and elevate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure livestream activities are properly executed according to campaign objectives.

Training and Development

• Assist in the onboarding process of new livestream hosts.
• Conduct training and orientation regarding company policies, livestream best practices, and platform guidelines.
• Support continuous learning and development initiatives for hosts.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, E-Commerce, and Management teams regarding livestream campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Ensure proper communication and alignment between hosts and internal stakeholders.
• Support campaign execution and performance analysis.

Compliance and Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of host attendance, schedules, performance, and evaluations.
• Ensure hosts comply with company rules, platform policies, and operational requirements.
• Prepare documentation, evaluations, and reports related to livestream operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to livestream operations and host management.
