• Assist hosts with technical or operational concerns during livestreams.
• Conduct regular check-ins or meetings with hosts to address concerns and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, KOL team, or management for livestream campaigns and activities.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new live hosts.
• Ensure hosts meet required KPIs and working hours.
• Prepare reports related to livestream operations and host performance.
