You will build dashboards to monitor fulfillment efficiency, support ad-hoc business needs, and lead full lifecycle projects with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve cross-departmental collaboration processes (e.g., requirement alignment, resource allocation, project advancement).
• Build business data monitoring dashboards (e.g., fulfillment efficiency, resource utilization).
• Special Task Support: coordinate ad-hoc needs and ensure closed-loop delivery.
• Lead the full lifecycle management of key projects, monitor risks, optimize resource allocation.
• Identify inefficient links in processes and drive system upgrades to reduce manual work.
