Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to advance efficiency across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, cold chain, and retail distribution in our Philippines operations. You will identify bottlenecks, map processes, and drive cost-saving initiatives using Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and strong data-driven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt is advantageous.
• 3–5 years in process improvement in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map processes across production, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities through data, observations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with KPI targets for cost, throughput, and quality.
• Develop SOPs, time-motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning models.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and store teams to standardize procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and report improvement results and adherence to new processes.
• Facilitate trainings and audits to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation and automation efforts by evaluating workflows.
