Job summary

Enable is seeking an Operations Specialist (Logistic Coordinator) to execute plans and optimize delivery and pick-up routing for B2B and B2C. You will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure on-time execution, and serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field or college level with relevant logistics experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics management or coordination.
• Pro/non-pro B2 License valid at least 3 years.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Familiarity with major roads or national highways.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Excellent time-management and proficiency in MS Office, data analysis and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the optimal routing of delivery and pick-up requirements for B2B and B2C.
• Oversee end-to-end Logistics Operations for two business models.
• Serve as primary communication between Enable, suppliers, clients, distributors and customers.
• Prepare reports on delivery and pick-up and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with Retail, Corporate, Distribution, Brand Marketing, Procurement, Fulfillment, Warehouse and Inventory.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure seamless coordination and address operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify improvements and report strategies.
• Support ad hoc logistics tasks and urgent operational issues.
