Job summary

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for real-world product businesses, with a focus on supply chain and ERP integration. The Systems Implementation Engineer will guide client implementations—from discovery to hypercare—bridging business needs with ERP builds and data migrations.

You will work with US and PH teams across the project lifecycle, supporting data management, process optimization, and post go-live support in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; master’s preferred.
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2).
• Filipino citizen based in/near Metro Manila (Mega Manila).
• Fundamental knowledge in supply chain, enterprise software, and systems implementation.
• 2–5+ years of experience in system implementation or business operations.
• Ability to translate client processes into table schemas and automation designs.
• Strong data skills with spreadsheets, schemas, and large datasets.
• Advanced technical competency (schema design, workflows, troubleshooting).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist US FDPMs in managing install activities and system implementation across the full lifecycle (discovery → design → build → UAT → rollout → support).
• Prepare client deliverables such as process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
• Analyze client business processes and data focusing on supply chain (procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing).
• Support data cleansing, validation, and schema setup for migration to the DOSS platform.
• Document, refine, and optimize business processes; assist with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide hypercare support post-rollout and track client feedback for cross-functional improvements.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting for U.S. FDS visibility.
