Job summary

JLL is seeking an Analyst to support the MENA Valuation teams in the Philippines. You will handle administrative operations such as timesheets, reimbursements, invoices, travel bookings, and KYC/compliance documentation to ensure smooth processes.

In report and data management, you will format valuation reports, maintain filing systems, and liaise with stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements for daily deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months working experience in real estate or BPO.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process timesheets, expense reimbursements, and invoices.
• Arrange travel logistics including flight and hotel bookings.
• Manage KYC and compliance documentation.
• Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
