Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Data Analyst to support our MENA Valuation teams and ensure Soft Filing is up to date for reporting. You will assist with report formatting, timesheets, and other admin tasks while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 6 months in real estate or BPO, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple deliverables daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 6 months' experience in real estate or BPO.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables daily.
• A good eye for detail.

The Data Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

• the role will provide support to our MENA Valuation teams
• will be responsible in making sure that the Soft Filing is always up to date for reporting purposes
• support other admin tasks including report formatting, timesheets, etc.
• follow-up stakeholders where necessary
• identify and escape priority issues
• provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• At least 6 months working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skill is required for the role
• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
• A good eye for detail
