Job summary

JLL is seeking an Analyst to support the MENA Valuation teams in the Philippines. You will handle administrative operations such as timesheets, reimbursements, invoices, travel bookings, and KYC/compliance documentation to ensure smooth processes.

In report and data management, you will format valuation reports, maintain filing systems, and liaise with stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements for daily deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months working experience in real estate or BPO.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job description

The Analyst will serve as a key support resource for MENA Valuation teams, responsible for:

• Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency


• Ensure soft filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements


• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Process Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field


• At least 6 months working experience in the real estate or BPO industry


• Fresh graduates are welcome


• Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word


• Excellent communication skill is required for the role


• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis


• A good eye for detail
