Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, property management, serviced offices, or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience managing commercial properties, office spaces, or coworking environments.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the commercial and operational success of our client's premium flexible workspaces. This role is responsible for maximizing workspace occupancy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial real estate, office leasing, property management, coworking, or other multi-site customer-focused businesses, with proven experience managing commercial spaces and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Workspace Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple flexible workspace locations, ensuring operational consistency and service excellence.


• Conduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions, workspace presentation, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.


• Ensure all locations comply with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

Occupancy Management

• Monitor occupancy levels, available inventory, leasing activity, and workspace utilization to maximize commercial performance.


• Partner with the sales team to support client acquisition and achieve occupancy targets.


• Analyze occupancy trends and market conditions to recommend strategies that improve workspace utilization and revenue.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Ensure prospective and existing clients receive a seamless and professional experience throughout their workspace journey.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners, brokers, and strategic partners.


• Address escalated client concerns promptly and ensure issues are resolved effectively.

Business Development & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities that generate qualified leads.


• Support networking initiatives and local partnerships that strengthen brand visibility and increase occupancy.


• Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend initiatives that contribute to business growth.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop workspace teams to consistently deliver high operational and service standards.


• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance discussions, and team meetings.


• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, property management, serviced offices, or multi-site business operations.


• Proven experience managing commercial properties, office spaces, business centers, or flexible workspace operations.


• Strong understanding of occupancy management, commercial leasing, workspace operations, and client relationship management.


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple locations simultaneously.


• Experience interpreting operational and commercial performance reports to support business decisions.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
