The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily administrative and technical workflow of the diagnostic clinic. This role ensures smooth clinic operations, high standards of patient care, strict compliance with medical regulations, and efficient coordination between the front desk, laboratory, and imaging departments.
Daily Operations Management
Supervise daily workflow across reception, laboratory, radiologic imaging, and reporting departments to minimize patient wait times.
Ensure diagnostic equipment is regularly maintained, calibrated, and operational.
Oversee inventory management for medical supplies, reagents, and office equipment.
Staff Leadership & Scheduling
Create shift rosters and manage daily attendance for administrative and technical support staff.
Train, mentor, and evaluate non-clinical and support personnel; onboard new hires.
Promote a collaborative, patient-focused environment among technical and administrative teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Enforce compliance with health, safety, infection control, and diagnostic quality control standards.
Ensure accurate handling, entry, and prompt delivery of patient diagnostic reports and records.
Address operational bottlenecks, patient complaints, and facility issues promptly.
Financial & Administrative Support
Monitor daily billing, cash collection, and insurance claim processing.
Assist upper management with operational budgeting, expense tracking, and performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a business-related field.
2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a medical setting, preferably in a diagnostic, laboratory, or imaging center.
Strong knowledge of clinic operations, quality control, and health regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in clinic management software (HIS/LIS/RIS) and basic office applications.
