What you'll be doing
Administrative Support:
Assist the Clinic Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize clinic records, reports, and documentation.
Prepare and manage office correspondence, memos, and reports.
Patient Coordination:
Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Assist in processing patient inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Operational Support:
Assist with inventory management of medical and office supplies.
Coordinate with medical staff for smooth clinic operations.
Support billing, collection, and other administrative processes.
Ensure the clinic environment is organized and compliant with standards.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between clinic staff, patients, and management.
Communicate schedules, notices, and updates to relevant personnel.
Other Duties:
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
