Job summary

PHI SANTE DIAGNOSTICS PRIVATE INC. in Metro Manila seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily administrative and technical workflow of the diagnostic clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high patient care standards.

You will coordinate front desk, laboratory, and imaging departments, oversee equipment maintenance, and drive quality control and regulatory compliance while supporting budget and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, medical technology, radiologic technology, or related business field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical setting, preferably in a diagnostic, laboratory, or imaging center.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, quality control, and health regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in clinic management software (HIS/LIS/RIS) and basic office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across reception, laboratory, radiologic imaging, and reporting to minimize patient wait times.
• Ensure diagnostic equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operational.
• Manage inventory for medical supplies, reagents, and office equipment.
• Create shift rosters and manage attendance for staff.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate non-clinical and support personnel; onboard new hires.
