The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics and at least 4 years in supervisory roles within logistics; strong leadership and a drive for personal growth are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily performance across the operations department and ensure compliance for cost-effective output.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all cargo movements in operations.
• Lead planning, organization and control of inbound, inventory and outbound processes to meet SLA and customer requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end inbound/outbound processes to ensure on-time receipt and dispatch of cargo.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster positive cross-discipline relationships and provide customer service as needed.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Monitor and keep track the daily performance across operations department, including operational policies, daily transactions, administrative tasks and ensure that all compliance are monitored and applied to a cost-effective output.
• Ensure the complete and accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing cargo movements of operations.
• Responsible in the overall planning, leading, organizing and controlling of the overall operations from inbound, inventory and outbound and other resources to comply with total operational activities such as cargo receiving, put-away, picking, checking, documents releasing, cargo loading, and other operational activities.
• Ensure the on time and accurate receipt and dispatch of cargo to meet customer orders, client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLA) through overseeing the end to end Inbound/Outbound process.
• Evaluating the performance of the team member, report positive and/or negative feedback, address any shortcomings and identify opportunities for possible improvement.
• Nurture positive relationships with other Disciplines and provide customer service as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent with diploma
• Willingness to invest time in self-growth.
• Minimum of (4) years experience in Supervisory Level
• Preferably at-least six (6) years experience in the logistics industry
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to lead teams.
