Job summary

Asia Cargo Container Line, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to monitor and manage daily warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring compliance and cost-effective output.

You will coordinate with several departments, guide staff, and maintain high service levels for clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and at least 1 year in warehousing and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing and logistics services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day transactions to ensure the Operations is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Client and Management.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the Operations and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service, internal controls and cost‑effective execution of results.
  • Continuous training and developing staffs to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating the performance of the team member, report positive and/or negative feedback, address any shortcomings and identify opportunities for possible improvement.
  • Analyze business requirements and customer needs and delegate day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with Department and Disciplines for strategic planning and goal‑settings.
  • Nurture positive relationships with other Disciplines and provide customer service as needed.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Purpose

To monitor and keep track the daily performance across all Department, including operational policies, daily transactions, administrative tasks and ensure that all compliance are monitored and applied to a cost‑effective output.
