Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, manage inventory, and drive efficiency across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with WMS and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Manage and track inventory levels, organizing stock rotation and maintaining accurate records
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits
• Train, mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and performance management
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet operational targets
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables
