Job summary

MD Distripark Manila Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in Laguna, Philippines.

You will lead and motivate a team, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch, and drive on‑time delivery performance. You will implement safety, quality, and compliance standards, coordinate with clients and providers, prepare operational reports, and manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations to optimize efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics reporting tools.

Responsibilities
