Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics activities in the Calabarzon region. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency across teams.

The role requires strong WMS knowledge, people leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and track inventory levels, stock rotation, and records.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain health and safety standards with regular inspections and audits.
• Train, mentor and develop team members with constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables.

Requirements
