Job summary

Connectify Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable, organised Operational Controller to assist with staff scheduling, operational tasks, attendance monitoring, report preparation, and administrative support.

The role focuses on accurate documentation, proper shift handovers, and coordination with management to ensure smooth daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of Connecteam and PASS is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Connecteam and PASS is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage staff schedules using Connecteam.
• Monitor attendance and late arrivals; prepare lateness reports for management.
• Prepare and submit handover reports and operational documentation.
• Perform data entry, encode information into PASS, maintain records.
• Provide admin and operational support to Office Manager and team.
• Handle essential phone coordination and follow company policies.
