ConnectOS is hiring a Staffing Scheduler to manage employee schedules across multiple locations and ensure accurate timekeeping. You will drive the hiring process from posting to onboarding while coordinating with location supervisors.

Ideal candidates have proven scheduling/HR coordination experience, excellent English, and strong organizational skills. This is a permanent WFH role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in scheduling, HR coordination, recruiting, or admin operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional phone presence.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple locations.
• Able to make quick decisions under time pressure for same-day coverage.
• Experience with scheduling/time-tracking tools and HR/payroll systems.
• Proficient with email, Google Workspace or MS Office, and Slack or similar.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information discreetly.

Aufgaben

• Schedule management across all locations to ensure full coverage.
• Publish and update job postings on boards and platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Contact candidates by email and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate with location supervisors for working interviews.
• Gather feedback from supervisors after interviews.
• Onboard approved hires in internal systems and collect documents.
