Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Operations Reporting to generate daily and ad hoc reports, analyze ongoing projects, and advise on reporting decisions for client needs. You will develop new reports and graphs, coordinate reporting processes, and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely distribution of insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in data tools and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in call center environments and familiarity with reporting systems.
• Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle) and SQL basics.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Proven ability to advocate reporting solutions aligned with business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries.
• Provide consultation to business leaders on reporting needs and trend analysis.
• Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes.
• Develop new reports/graphs and production schedules.
• Utilize new data sources for report development.
• Communicate with project managers to understand client report needs.
• Produce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools.
• Distribute reports to internal and external clients via email and feeds.
• Maintain existing reports and monthly/year-to-date summaries.
• Develop trending reports on a request basis.
