Offshore Talent is seeking an Operations and Quality Team Leader to own end-to-end QMS, drive ISO 9001:2015 readiness, and lead a small team including Demand Planner and Customer Success Manager. The role emphasizes governance over execution and requires strong process discipline.

Ideal candidates will manage external 3PL/freight providers, maintain risk registers, and push continual improvement while ensuring regulatory awareness (AICIS, TGA) and English communication excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management and process documentation.
• Ability to maintain risk registers and oversee compliance.
• Flawless written and verbal English skills with clear decision frames.
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers and internal owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain QMS toward ISO 9001:2015 readiness within 12 months.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and monthly reporting for the team.
• Chair quarterly performance reviews with freight/3PL partners and improve KPIs.
• Own the Ops Scorecard and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the single point of contact for escalation with clear options and recommendations.
