Job summary

Prime Worldwide Paper Packaging Corp. seeks a Quality Assurance/ISO Specialist to maintain the QMS, prepare for internal and external audits, and ensure ISO compliance across departments. The role supports the QMR, coordinates audit activities, and tracks corrective actions while keeping thorough documentation and supplier records.

You will assist in cost control, purchasing documentation, and cost analyses, collaborating with multiple teams to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience with ISO documentation and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Familiarity with internal/external audit preparation and coordination.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
• Assist the Quality Management Representative (QMR) in implementing and monitoring the QMS.
• Prepare and organize documents and records for internal and external audits.
• Conduct or assist in internal audits to ensure ISO compliance.
• Monitor audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups until closure.
• Coordinate with departments regarding ISO compliance and quality requirements.
• Handle purchasing activities including supplier canvassing, quotations, POs, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor purchasing costs and ensure materials/services are cost-effective.
• Prepare and maintain costing reports, cost comparisons, and related records.
• Assist in analyzing material, labor, and other operational costs.
• Evaluate and maintain supplier documentation and performance records.
• Ensure proper filing, control, and traceability of documents and records.
• Prepare reports and other management documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
