The role requires extensive experience in governance, compliance, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering measurable quality outcomes for customers and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years in Quality Management Systems with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• ISO certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management principles.
• Certified Lead Auditor and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in governance, compliance, process improvement, and audit management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, review, and maintain quality policies, procedures, standards, and documented processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal governance standards.
• Manage the internal audit program, including planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action monitoring.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities for quality issues and nonconformities.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and quality dashboards.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings and report on QMS performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Oversee document control processes and quality records management.
• Promote risk-based thinking and support enterprise risk management in quality/operations.
• Support customer satisfaction programs by analyzing feedback and service performance.
• Ensure employee awareness, training, and competency in quality management.
• Collaborate with business units, project teams, suppliers, and contractors on quality requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for external certification audits and regulatory assessments.
