You will oversee no-code/low-code tool usage, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth handovers of knowledge and systems, while mentoring Operations Analysts to uphold documentation standards and process efficiency.
We are seeking an Operations Project Manager Trainee to lead the optimization of our business operations through automation, data management, and structured process improvements. This role will oversee the use of multiple no-code/low-code tools, manage cross-functional operational projects, and ensure smooth handovers of knowledge and systems.
In addition to managing tools and workflows, the Operations Project Manager Trainee will mentor and guide Operations Analysts within the team, ensuring consistent standards in documentation, automation, and process efficiency. This is a replacement role, with an initial focus on structured knowledge transfer and transition from the current role holder.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in an operations, business analyst, or data-focused role.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charting, automation).
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Softr, AppSheet, Airtable, or similar.
Comfortable with process visualization tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
Familiar with Scrum/Kanban and backlog management
Experience in data automation or workflow integration between tools.
Familiarity with project management practices (e.g., Agile task boards, trackers).
Ability to translate operational needs into scalable system improvements.
Prior exposure to retail, logistics, or workforce management operations is a plus.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
Strong knowledge transfer and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
