KCC Malls is seeking an Operations Project Manager Trainee to streamline our business operations through automation, data management, and structured process improvements.

You will oversee no-code/low-code tool usage, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth handovers of knowledge and systems, while mentoring Operations Analysts to uphold documentation standards and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in an operations, business analyst, or data-focused role.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charting, automation).
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Softr, AppSheet, Airtable.
• Comfortable with process visualization tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Familiar with Scrum/Kanban and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of operations through automation and structured process improvements.
• Oversee use of multiple no-code/low-code tools across projects.
• Manage cross-functional operational projects and ensure smooth handovers of knowledge and systems.
• Mentor Operations Analysts and enforce documentation standards.
• Guide automation and process efficiency initiatives.
• Transition knowledge from current role holder (replacement).
