Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead strategic operational projects and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define project scopes, and manage plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver results on time and within scope.

You will apply CI principles, monitor performance, and report to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain, with PMP/PRINCE2

• Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.

As Operations Project Manager, you are a Subject matter expert in Business and Operational Excellence aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry's best practices and business outlook. You will be responsible for s pearhead ing business critical operational projects that drive operational and network efficiency. You also be streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency and process compliance .

You will translate to Key Results Area:

• (1) Successfully deliver 95% of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• (2) Achieve 10% efficiency improvement through completed projects annually.

Educational Background

Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

Professional Experience

3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain .

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools .

Licensure / Certification Required

Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
