Qualifications

Job description

The Operations Officer exists to provide operational and tactical support to the casino's gaming and hospitality ecosystems. The main contribution of this role is to assist in coordinating major project implementations, monitoring financial performance, and driving process improvements across gaming operations, facilities management, and non-gaming amenities to ensure long-term operational sustainability and revenue growth.Works with Branch Manager with planning and executing on policies/events.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: Manages, plans, directs, and coordinates daily activities within the department while collaborating seamlessly across all other casino divisions to drive strategic outcomes.
• Project Tracking: Participates actively in the planning, development, and end-to-end implementation of major operational projects.
• Performance Review: Monitors the overall operations and financial performance metrics of the casino, covering all core aspects of gaming, hospitality, and facilities management.
• Process Optimization: Assists in the execution of targeted strategies focused on maximizing income, running effective operations, maintaining affordable systems, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Market Analysis: Demonstrates a firm understanding of the local competitive market, industry best practices, and overall macro industry trends to identify future growth opportunities.
• Growth Strategies: Supports the strategic direction for continuous revenue expansion and profit growth across both gaming operations and non-gaming amenities.
• Team Leadership & Engagement: Provides clear, hands-on leadership, daily oversight, and high engagement for the immediate teams and project leaders under the position’s scope.
• Managerial Support: Promptly performs all operational duties within the scope of the position and executes adjacent responsibilities assigned by the immediate manager.

Must-Have Requirements

Education

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.

Experience

• Minimum Requirement: At least 2 years of solid experience in Marketing or a closely related commercial/operational field.

Technical Skills

• Strong project planning, organizing, and resource allocation skills.
• Competent, active listening and oral/written communication capabilities to interact with cross-functional corporate teams.
• Basic baseline knowledge of casino floor layouts, workflows, and the various games/services offered in the facility.
